Accustomed to this CT center for my 3 cars, I arrived with a slight delay of 5 minutes. The controller demanded that I apologize for the delay before even saying hello. I found it very average when 20 minutes later he asked me by my first name to come and look at a fault on my vehicle. I found the manner a bit cavalier at the time. For the rest he only did his job correctly but it's over for my part I would no longer go to this gentleman despite the proximity of the center

Check carried out with snow tires. Inspector tells us that the dimensions are not approved but will reconsider his decision if we can justify the approval. Counter visit the next day with supporting justification of the dimensions from the manufacturer and the vehicle's use booklet. This time the controller told us that we had to justify it before and that it was too late. To put it simply, the latter just wants to charge you for a re-visit which was not justified, moreover, the prices displayed at reception do not correspond to the price invoiced. To flee.

I recommend ! Always attentive with the little attention of the coffee which is not the least :) Quick and accommodating when making appointments and very pleasant from pick-up to return of the vehicle. We directly feel a team passionate about their work. A new experience that has turned into a very good memory! Thanks for everything see you in 2 years
