I highly recommend this workshop. After visiting 7 tire points/workshops/specialists, this one was the only one that replaced my tire and 2 valves without complaining at a normal price. The customer service gentleman was very helpful despite the language barrier. Regards and thank you 😄😄✋🏻

Changing tires: first attempt to make an appointment which was not recorded, which led me to travel for nothing, despite the appointment made by telephone. On my second attempt, I was confronted by an unfriendly person, in particular an old lady in glasses with gray hair, wearing a haughty and condescending air. Bad experience. Furthermore, my mechanic pointed out to me a few months later after changing the tires by Euromaster that the balancing had been done incorrectly.

Perfect, as always never disappointed with the services on the vehicle, quick, efficient, clean appointment. And what's more, well received by a woman probably in training who was friendly and smiling. Thank you I will come back to change my next tires

Having been there only for an oil change, parallelism as well as the front tires to be changed, they took the initiative to look at my trunk (because I had a light that came on at the rear plate) but since their intervention my trunk has not closed no more and when I report the problem to them he hangs up on me directly.

I will not return to this center again. It was the first and last time. I wanted to do the alignment on my car, they did not want to do it because they told me that I had to change the shock absorbers, the ball joints... Quote €650. I went to a small mechanic near my house, there are just the cups to change, result 150€ alignment included. I had paid for the parallelism online at Euromaster, so I requested a refund. A real sketch, the St Germain center and the online service passed the buck to reimburse me. I had to call 5 times to no avail. So I went back to the center and finally got my refund. In the end I cannot recommend this brand which is very dishonest! Not even worth a star!👎
