ATTENTION ! No REFUND for unused parts, namely brake pads purchased 2 days before! Just ONE ASSET VALID FOR 6 MONTHS and still not even usable the same day, it is not activated until the next day according to the seller. You must therefore make a return trip at €1.70/L of GO to be able to benefit from other items in the store that you do not need. This practice (increasingly rare), aiming to take the customer hostage by forcing them to buy other things, dates back to the Middle Ages!! However, we are in 2023, the internet has existed for more than 30 years and today, everyone can order their car parts from their sofa with a simple mobile phone, have them delivered to their home or at a relay point and be reimbursed if need without reasons. These methods, worthy of a local grocery store, risk driving away many customers who do not want to have a problem in the event of a product return. Too bad in such a competitive sector, the customer is entitled to hope for the little extra that makes the difference, this is the big minus…. PS: in view of the response I received, it seems important to clarify two points: 1 My parts were not the subject of an ORDER since they were available in your store stock. 2 You cannot apply a commercial policy contrary to your General Terms and Conditions (fifth RETURN) which provides for an acceptable return and reimbursement within 8 days for all parts in perfect condition, in their original and complete packaging.
