Mixed opinion. We bought a BMW from them in February, the salesperson was very kind, there was nothing to complain about when it came to the reception but regarding the vehicle it was something else. When purchasing we were promised a complete cleaning of the car by an external company, but when my husband collected the vehicle it was absolutely not cleaned. Having worked in Peugeot and Mercedes dealerships, I know that cleaning companies make the vehicle look like new. There were stains everywhere, the seats were still dirty, the rearview mirror which had been patched with silicone which didn't last long was full of fingerprints... Nothing professional. Not even a week after looking for the car, a message appears on the on-board computer. An electronic fault, coincidence or not, is not necessarily covered by the famous PRESTIGE guarantee which ultimately guarantees NOTHING. We have had the vehicle for 2 months and still have not received the registration document.... So yes nice seller but for the rest... We are 2 hours away but we will end up going back there again.

This is my 3rd purchase from this garage. Satisfaction guaranteed every time. With electronics on cars now we have more sensors that light up. I call, I go, I am well received, listened to, taken care of. I have complete confidence in them. They are super honest. Unfortunately, I recently trusted my former mechanic with the purchase of my daughter's car... I'm biting my fingers!!!! I'm not ready to go anywhere other than Chevigny Automobiles now!!!!
