I had an appointment this morning, Friday May 10 at 9 a.m. The gentleman received me on time. He noted a suspension problem on my vehicle that the Citroën dealership in Evreux did not see but still charged me for an imaginary alignment. My vehicle continues to pull to the right despite this pseudo parallelism because the problem persisted. Well this morning, the gentleman showed me where the problem was coming from and he even gave me other advice. In fact, you should do a voluntary technical inspection before going to a dealership.

Very pleasant person. I recommend without hesitation. On the other hand, big disappointment with the platform for making appointments. I make an appointment for a counter-visit, after the scheduled date while asking them if it will remain a counter-visit or a technical inspection and they tell me it is a counter-visit. Once there I have to do another technical inspection. It’s not very honest.

Thanks to the center manager. I have just bought a vehicle which went to a competitor's center, there the vehicle passed with small minor defects, but here we found and it even showed me the major defects, brake pads, worn tires. I intend to return it against the seller. Many thanks DEKRA.
