I made an appointment, took the car at the given time and was seen without waiting. Waiting place is in the reception, waited for the duration there. Usual covid rules (at the time of writing) apply

the only purpose of this company is too rip you off for as much money as possible. On returning a renualt ZOE we were astounded with the minusule marks on car being pointed out which boardlined on ridiculous. The man doing the inspection was a jobsworth, would not listen and his objective was to find fault. We have a recived a bill after the insepction totalling 150 euros for non existent amrks and the threat to charge us for michelin tyres even though the ones on car at time of inspection were one month old! I dread to think if the car had not been repaired by me in advance what sort of bill i would have received? terrible and unjust way of dealing with cars that are leased. Never buy a renault or deal with Dia location! They will rip you off!
