Meet at 11:30 a.m. to change my tires. 12:30 p.m. car supposedly ready: I ​​was charged more than the signed quote because I was charged twice for the swap, only to end up leaving with 0 new tires on my car!!! For the damn sum of €325 for no results. Impossible to know what the mechanic did to my car or did he want to keep the new tires, but I still ended up having my tires installed with rotation. The same evening I went back because they didn't scan my Leclerc card, I didn't even have the 17€90 promotion…. And the next day he sees the tire because he's the only mechanic who doesn't know that you have to re-pressure the tires when you swap the front and rear... In short, a wasted day to escape! My colleague had a license plate made but the police told her it wasn’t the same…. Well maybe to avoid making mistakes in the letters you should take the registration document. When we ask for Ford mats we come out with Renault mats…. Worthy of the biggest hidden cameras!!!! Not counting the cashier…. So there without comment there is a level of stupidity.
