TO RUN!!!! Ashamed, I made an appointment for a diagnosis for my Opel which no longer starts, faulty starter verdict, burnt engine wiring harness, big oil leak and 4 tires changed, the diag 116€ when I was told on the phone 80€ that you have to do an in-depth research and I am told 1500€ minimum just to do research, but it's not the worst 116€ for a bad diagnosis I collect my Opel the same day I take it at my little mechanic, he took everything apart, the starter works (the fault would come from the Neiman), electrical harness which is fine just that it had to be reattached. You are crooks, who are only there for the money, fortunately there are honest mechanics!!!! So really RUN AWAY!!!!!

I requested a workshop quote for a service and a change of distribution on an OPEL CROSSLAND X that I am going to buy. After 3 reminders, I was told "you understand, this is not a vehicle that you are buying from us, so it is not a priority, we will give you a quote when we can..." So I would go elsewhere, or not at OPEL at all, because it seems to be the same across the entire OPEL network in Gironde. Then they blame you for not maintaining your vehicle on the network, and even worse will refuse you support... LAMENTABLE.
