KONA electric vehicle still under warranty, what do you need to do to get an appointment? Since NOVEMBER 2022, we have had engine noise. Since that date we have tried to make an appointment by telephone or by visiting on site several times. Finally we have an appointment for January 2023 for maintenance but no diagnosis made for the noise. You will have to make an appointment... Several reminders again to have an appointment almost 1 year later, i.e. in OCTOBER 2023. The engine has been changed. The noise returns in February 2024. Appointment at the end of April, noise not identified so we have videos which prove it. Since then we have been trying to reschedule our appointment "We will be called tomorrow", it has been a month since we were due to be called back tomorrow! During this time the warranty runs... We expect to be contacted quickly for an emergency appointment. It is easy to put forward a 5-year guarantee if no appointment is possible. The service does not correspond to the image of Hyundai sold!

I do not recommend this garage at all. I left my car (a Huyndai) to change my brake pads and they were unable to replace the brake fluid, saying that it was necessary to change a part costing several hundred euros. I slowly brought my car back to the handbrake and another garage turned the brake fluid back on for me. Incompetent people

Unreachable by telephone. We have just received a letter for a recall campaign. We must quickly make an appointment. We finally managed to get someone on the phone. Rude person who tells us that there is no space before mid-May! You should know that this recall campaign concerns a problem that can impact the brakes! It seems to me that there is an emergency...

Great welcome, very satisfied with the professionalism and the attentiveness given to our requests. Speed of intervention and the icing on the cake, the vehicle (white kona) regained its original color thanks to their services.
