I came for a windshield replacement following an impact, very good responsiveness and quick appointment for full coverage by my insurance with a brand new and clean Peugeot e-208 loaner I recommend 👍

Windshield changed before the school holidays, everything went well until I noticed a scratch inside the vehicle when we left on vacation 2 days after installation. Back from vacation, 2 weeks later, I went back to France Pare Brise in Dax to see how to repair this little scratch. This then escalates very quickly, I am first accused that the windshield wipers scratched the windshield (Impossible given that the scratch is on the inside), that my wife scratched the windshield (also impossible given that the scratch is on the inside), that my wife scratched the windshield (also impossible given that the scratch is on the inside), given that she does not wear a ring) then feeling that his accusations are not valid, the manager quickly begins to get angry, to insult me by telling me that I am trying to niq$# him. He then approaches me, is physically threatening and continues to call me names in an extremely shocking way... I just wanted to find a solution for a scratch on our windshield and such aggression from a so-called professional is just mind-blowing and unacceptable. In short, good for installing a windshield and collecting the insurance money but no consideration for after-sales service and respect for customers.

Very professional team, complete windshield changed following the appearance of a crack, clean and neat work! And thank you for cleaning up the interior! Car recovered cleaner than it was!
