Garage not always easily reachable and management team in high demand therefore not easily accessible. Patient and waiting are required. The very variable quality of service (misdiagnosed breakdown, perfectible repair)...too many apprentices? Fortunately very rare, but it is still unpleasant although later corrected. Generally, decent services, helpful and welcoming staff (although very busy).
