If kindness were paid you would go bankrupt, even in prison we would be much better received. After having traveled more than 40km to get to your dealership, I came across a charlatan who was not even capable of providing and selling me the service that we had previously discussed by telephone. Still happy that you have competitors, it allowed me to go see them and I was much more satisfied.

Reception more than limited, if you go there to collect bits and pieces from the park it does not interest the manager who responds poorly and in an aggressive manner, making fun of your limits. In addition, the prices are very abusive for a simple button for sale at the price of 10 euros per button in LA CASSE BJ AUTO, and on the internet the button sells for 7.00 euros per button for vehicles over 20 years old. We do not hesitate to ask you 10 or 20 euros for a few screws or small plastic parts. The staff however are friendly.

I went to this establishment with some reluctance given some of the comments. I was very well received. My car being recent, the boss thought he did not have the part requested but he took the time to come see my vehicle and check on his fleet if he could find what I needed. Then, he took the time to explain to me how to put the piece back on. In the end, very warm welcome, very good advice and very commercial, I recommend and I will return without any hesitation.
