I came to buy a so-called "new" distribution. When I arrived home, I opened the box and saw that it had already been used. There were traces of the belt on it and the brand did not match that of the box. I called them to request a refund, they told me that it was not possible because it was new, no commercial gesture possible, I do not recommend at all, no kindness!!

I have been a customer for several years and my number 1 supplier for me. The service is really good, proximity, speed, accommodating and ultra professional, very reasonable price considering the services they offer. Really top quality and when things aren't going well they offer solutions and the response is quick both by email and by phone, even when they are closed. Equipment ordered the day before and available the next day. Mounts without problem. The only problem is the price. More than twice the price on the internet with identical reference.

Notice only regarding the purchase via the website. 5 stars - because I found a Milwaukee product cheaper than the competition - then the transaction - registration was quick and very secure - the product information was clear. Delivery was respected on time. Additionally in the package I was entitled to a calendar and a catalog in addition to the invoice. In short, I am satisfied and I can only recommend this site.
