I took my AUDI A1 vehicle to the Pozzalo Automobile garage for the 30,000 kilometer service. Everything went well and they were professional enough to clean my vehicle before returning it to me. Thanks to them 🙏
Excellent - merci beaucoup Both front springs on my Audi A6 C7 failed so brought into Pizzalo Auto. Even though they were about to close for lunch, they got the car in and diagnosed the problem. New springs fitted for a reasonable price in 48hrs. Great service.
Very slow service, took nearly two days to look at the car despite me having to organise my own pick up truck to get the car to the garage. Had to virtually camp out in their reception before anything started happening with the car after almost 2 days waiting. Within a hour they diagnosed that it needed a new starter motor which they sourced and fitted by noon the following day. Despite being aware of my need to get driving home to get a ferry, at 12 O’clock they said that it needed a software update and to come back after 2 pm as they were closing for lunch, despite the car being sat there all that time waiting for parts. Got back to the UK and lifted the bonnet to find that the battery cover has been broken and the big plastic engine cover has not been put fitted back on so now have to try and resource one back in the UK. Reception service was appalling throughout and if it wasn’t for local French friends, we would still be stuck there !! Worst experience of any VW garage that I have ever been to.
Rocked up from Ireland with a warning light on our VW Camper T2 wifey can speak French so after some initial explanation that it wasn’t a 1972 VWT2 but a Brazilian Bay they brought out their diagnosis machine and we were all sorted in a few minutes, ready for our long trip home. Very helpful and professional team Thanks
Quick service 👍💪👌
