I was on the route home, and made a mistake with petrol in stead of diesel tank. The company took me to the garage, and helped within a few hours to continue my route Liduina gave my wife some bonbons, thanks for the service on Friday afternoon.

Sent here by red pennant because of a screw in my tyre. Despite my lack of French (we are on holiday from UK) the staff were patient and helpful and carried out a repair perfectly. Thanks and we'll done to all involved. Highly recommended.

Stefan and team went above and beyond to help us when our motorhome broke in France, they helped when other garages would not and coped with our lack of French language skills . On the day the parts arrived they fixed our van immediately so we could be on out way. Even offering shelter for our dogs during the heatwave. Friendly and professional . Highly recommend

Complete ripoff main dealer who wanted nearly 900 Euro's for an alternator that would have cost 200 gbp in the UK. Avoid at all costs & go to PIECES AUTO instead about 500 metres away, Neufchâtel-en-Bray.

At the first day of our summer holiday we stranded with our camper in the north of France on a Saturday late in the afternoon. Our camper was brought to this garage. The garage told us they did not have time to even take a look at the car before Tuesday. However the problem with the car was obvious from the beginning: the 4th high-pressure hose broke. We (and our travel insurance) asked repeatedly to order the part as soon as possible so we could continue with our holiday, as we were stuck at Neufchâtel-en-Bray without our sleeping facility. The part would arrive on Wednesday but did not. The garage promised us the car would be ready on Thursday 16.00 o'clock and when we arrived with all our belongings to pick up the car and finally leave N-e-B, it turned out the wrong part was delivered and the next opportunity would be next Wednesday. So we had to return to the Chambre-d'hotes we just check out and think of a new plan. We agreed to leave the car at the garage and continue with our rental car. When we came back on Friday (after being stuck for a week in N-e-B, the garage gave us the opportunity to get our personal belongings from the camper that was parked at their parking site as we did. As soon as we finished (after maybe 20min.) we were locked at their parking place because everyone went into lunch and locked the parking place! Finally we found someone that could open the gate for us... and we continued our holiday. At the end, when we picked up our camper on our way back home, we had to pay over €300,- for this repair that broke again within 800 km! We have had it repaired by our local dealer back in Holland. The car was ready in one day and it costed us €90,-. This is why this garage is rated by one star by me and I think that is even too much.
