First of all, I must say that I was impressed by the excellent customer service I received during my visit to the Renault Sopromag garage. The staff members were extremely friendly, professional and attentive to my needs. They took the time to listen to me attentively, answer all my questions and provide me with useful tips for maintaining my car. As far as repairs go, the work done on my car was high quality. The technicians were very knowledgeable and experienced, and they clearly took the time to make sure everything was done correctly. My car is now in perfect working order and I am very satisfied with the work done. Finally, I must say that I found the prices very reasonable, especially considering the level of service I received. I feel confident recommending this garage to anyone looking for quality service for their car. A real headache to find the right part (with the right reference) to change as part of a diagnosis for an airbag warning light on. (Manufacturers really don't make the work at the end of the chain easier by multiplying the references.). A real search for the causes of the breakdown to avoid changing anything and everything. Lots of intuition and experience. It is a satisfaction to see that there are still conscientious professionals. Result: a sensor changed and everything is back to normal at the right price. THANKS.
